The visits of the FORST Brewery are held every Wednesday from April to October at 11.00 and 14.00 o’clock in German language and every Thursday from June to September always at 11.00 and 14.00 in Italian. Actually, no English guided tour is available.
Participation is possible by prior telephone arrangement at 0039-0473-260111, registrations by e-mail can not be considered. The brewery’s porter is open Monday to Friday from 07:30 to 16:30. Due to the numerous requests, no guided tours for groups (party of conscripts, company outings, tour operators, etc.) can be organized. The maximum number of participants per tour is 20 people.
The minimum age for participating in the guided tour is 16 years. Please understand that pets are not allowed to tour (approximately 1.5 hours), during which smoking is strictly prohibited. Because of the many stairs, the visit is not indicated for people with disabilities. Considering the temperature changes in individual departments, it is advisable to bring a jacket with you. Inside the plant, it is forbidden to photograph and film.

Have you ever wondered how FORST beers are brewed, and would you like to discover the brewing process in the brewery? What does purity of assortment mean? How does a classic cold fermentation and its long maturation period influence the beer quality? Have you always wondered how a beer is bottled without losing any of its effervescence?

All these questions and even more are answered expertly during the guided tours of Birra FORST. Take a look behind the scenes during the approximately one-and-a-half-hour tour and learn lots of interesting facts about the world of FORST.

In the months from April to October, the guided tours take place in German every Wednesday at 11.00 am or 2.00 pm.

During the months of June to September, guided tours in Italian take place every Thursday at 11.00 am and 2.00 pm.

As there are significant temperature differences in the individual areas of the brewery, it is recommended that you bring a jacket. Photography, video recording and smoking (including e-cigarettes) are strictly prohibited during the entire tour. Due to the many stairs in the historic buildings, people with walking difficulties are not advised to visit. Children and young people under the age of 16, as well as animals, are not permitted to take part in the tour.

The ticket price of €15 per person must be paid in advance at the FORST Shop and includes the participation of the guided tour as well as a drink voucher and an exclusivebeer glass as a memento of this “beery” experience.
